Gems and Nuggets was born out of an obsession with dogs (all animals actually) and a passion for helping those who lose their lives simply because they're unable to find loving homes.

Over 3 million pets are euthanized each year in the United States and Canada, alone. This stat is not only heartbreaking but also mind-boggling in a world full of doting pet parents and caring animal lovers.

Our pets love us unconditionally and bring us joy everyday. Our hope is to pay this joy forward to homeless pets and to create a world where all animals are treated with love and respect.

We commit to donating 20% of net profits to support the valuable work of various animal rescues organizations around the world.
