We offer tracked shipping worldwide.

Most orders take 7 - 21 days to be illustrated and shipped. This of course is  dependent on the number of revisions you require. Don't worry though, your portrait is definitely worth the wait. Our artists illustrate with utmost care to capture your pet's essence. Your artwork is also checked by our quality assurance team.

Please note: the longer you take to approve the artwork, the longer the entire process will take. Also, if we do not hear from you within 3 days we will automatically approve the artwork and will proceed with the order.

Delivery Times

This is the time it takes to actually ship your order (separate from time it takes to create your portrait and to print)

USA & CANADA: 4 - 8  business days

UK: 2 - 4 business days

EUROPE: 5 - 10 business days

REST OF WORLD: 10 - 21 business days

IMPORTANT: Changes to shipping addresses must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
